Ripoff, they were asked to change the speeds on my bike because they were worn out, but they changed several parts of my bike and replaced them with lower quality parts

I took my bike in for service on 8-5-05 and I requested
Martin Bikes to change the speeds on my bike because they
were worn out. When I picked up my bike that afternoon
I started cleaning it and noticed that several parts of my bike had been replaced with lower quality parts.
