Toys R Us Unauthorized Assembly Charge - Spider-man BMX 12 inch bicycle

The male cashier at the customer service desk charged me a $10.00 assembly fee and gave me the bike in a box. Did not notice the charge until later that night when I tried to register my product for insurance. When he gave my total of $130l at the register, I realized that the total was pretty high for a bike that only costs $69.99 and a helmet that costs $24.99. He said it was because of taxes. Before the bike was brought out to me, I specifically told him that I did not want them to assemble the bike because of the extra fee that would apply. He obviously does not have good listening skills.
