I've been a so named respected client of City Computers feeling 2003. I plead the differ. I included a 3rd line to my consideration on approximately 8/28approximately, in those days i used 40.00 bucks on that point, the telephone was lost, I had been recommended with a staff person in city to hold the support on that telephone on 9/3, which we did. The line was utilized just 5 times or so and that I was informed with a superv. Of city team,"mamma you simply dropped that 40.00 bucks we cant credit that 40.00 dolllars for your present bill. Had i been advised that at that time i documented the telephone lost I'd have allow it to remain on and demand to remove it on 9/27. My reacts to that particular is merely this;"OH TRULY? Well you know what mamma, your organization has just lost a-8 yr. customer over $40.00 bucks.
