A very dissatisfied customer!

We bought ($167.24) a fresh telephone from the Cricket shop on 10002 Gulf Road and recognized the support was not employed in my home or within the parking lot of my flats where I live. Try to obtain a reimbursement for that telephone since it did not work-out, but had difficulty due to a concealed register the store. I introduced it towards the head-quarters shop at 8452 Gulf Freeway. I got the work around. Nothing was accomplished. So I was allowing the support proceed, and Cricket delivered a wording stating " 40% off the statement or $15 to show support back on". Because my boy so seriously requires a telephone while he is having practice. The telephone operates abroad in various locations and his college was one of these. I visited the top groups shop and settled $25 bucks on November 21, I requested when may the following cost be due and also the man stated Dec 22. The telephone got stop on November 29 while he was at practice. I attempt calling Cricket, support hurts!!! 24 hours later I eventually speak with somebody title Joe (that we believe he lied about) and he advised me that I've to pay for again. I feel just like Cricket took benefit of me!

I'll just like a reimbursement back for that purchase of the telephone (that you might have back) and also the $25 bucks I simply dropped!!! Additionally the shop on 10002 Gulf highway have to be visited without them comprehending that you arriving!
