Security ID scam with no goods and no refund!

"This company deducted 584 from my paypal account for an iPad 2, and then sent me an email to say that they had instituted a security process requiring me to email them a copy of my credit card and utility bills.
I refused to send this sensitive information and informed them that the purchase was made through paypal's secure site from a verified account and if that was not enough to refund my payment.
They have marked my order on their site as "order payment failed" yet have not returned my money despite numerous emails.
A quick internet search of the company has revealled a history of this practice. Please avoid falling into this trap."
