I purchased a Sony clie with a 3 year extended warranty, my clie has broken down about five times, everytime I take it in they do some repairs on it and hand it back to me, now the driver CD is not working and they said that the driver cd is not on the warranty and I must purchase a new one from Sony at the same or close to what my Sony clie is worth now, I checked they're web site and they don't have my drivers available for download, I purchased this item brand new, but I feel like I got it off e-bay.
