I have been told that my credit card was credit for my loss on 5 diffrent times and still it is not done and all they do is laugh and put you on hold

I tried out the bell & howell lamp that was adevertised across the country it arrived broken and I had to pay for the shipping and handling back to them and I have tried to get my money back for the light since March 5th I call there # and they put you on hold untill you hang up or the phone is cut.
I have spoke with 5 diffrent people that tell me my card was credited on 5 diffrent dates but it has not been they are very rude to you when they find out that you want your money back! Every thing that was told to me on the phone was a lie and they will not give me any names as to who they are and unable to get a boss man on the phone or to send my money back to me.
