Faulty ice maker bin

We bought a high base fridge from Loweis in July. We've now changed the snow container for that 3rd period because of the system within the ice container rusting. I named the guarantee organization (bought item at Loweis) and all-they did was provide us a brand new container, however the issue wasn't resolved. I worry that people will soon be changing this container once/year. The guarantee organization related to Loweis is just a laugh aswell. I reside in the upper section of town plus they sent a specialist whose workplace is within the main section of city, not so wise - you believe? Won't buy another warranty from Lowe's.
