Lowe's extended warranty
Poor Service

I've a Frigidaire Dehumidifier that I bought from Loweis in April. I bought an additional two-year guarantee onto it through Lowe's. The system conducted incredibly until per month 5 before once the device ceased dehumidifying. I named Lowe's service, who organized for service. The company did not appear despite confirming the visit. I called Lowe's who, after getting into contact using the restoration organization, stated that the company had quit two concept showing the specialist would not be maintaining the visit. I actually donot understand where they quit the communications, since I never got them. I requested Loweis to plan the support again, but having a Various restoration organization. Lowe's did. This time around, the restoration individual turned up on-schedule. Nevertheless, he suggested that there is not a problem using the device. I have been by using this device for just two 1/2 decades! I'd understand once the device is not working correctly. He suggested that I'd need to change the system on, established if for Constant for three times, and that I might observe that the system is working correctly. I told him when the system was working correctly, it'd decrease the moisture within the space from 50 to 45 in a of moments because it usually did. He insisted that it'd get times to lessen the moisture by that degree. He also had the audacity to inform me he would inform Loweis the device is working generally which it had been Lowe's choice regarding whether to pay for him or cost me $102.00 for that support phone! I the meantime, I Have positioned the system in Constant style as he recommended, and my humidity meter keeps displaying GROWING humidity in the place of constant or decreasing moisture. It is apparent this device isn't dehumidifying whatsoever. There's no water within the container!
