I am not happy with the Whirlpool contract service

Once the refrigerator section of my Amana Fridge wasn't cooling precisely I called W3 Options on September 26, and was handed the Warranty Order quantity. The fridge was working good at the moment. Per week later a specialist arrived and explained he had a need to purchase components. On Nov 7 a specialist arrived and explained he changed the compressor and exchange which the refrigerator works good for several years in the future. On Nov 8, I awoke to locate my refrigerator and fridge no longer working at-all and all of the food within the fridge melted. I called the specialist all day long and remaining communications, on his answering device, but no response.

On Nov 9 at 10am, I called W3 options at 1-866-913-1350 and tell them that which was occurring, He released a brand new work-order and informed me it'd be considered a quantity of times before anybody returned in my experience. I lost around $200 value of food and called Path Equipment to protest and attempt to recover the price of the meals I dropped. They explained they might not protect the meals price. I'm today with no refrigerator and never planned for a scheduled appointment having a specialist until November 16. This really is undesirable and that I am unhappy using the Whirlpool agreement support.
