I'm totally frustrated and totally disgusted with Whirlpool!

I purchased a Whirlpool Silver fridge alongside with fridge in Aug. Of 2005 at Loweis in 2005. From the beginning the fridge had an icecube issue. I required support three times for that same issue. Snow would not distribute, it released water and snow would stick-up within the ice-cube creator within the fridge producer within the fridge component itself. I got the warranty comprehending that if this need support once the fridge/fridge was significantly less than per month old it'd continue being a. At significantly less than annually old I will again for that 3rd support phone. For that same 3 prolems. I acquired support and was informed the entire refridge required changing since the component requiring changing was area of the real fridge. I named whirlpool and was informed I'd to hold back one business-day. I waited and named again, I had been informed tha was wrong I'd to hold back three to five business days, I named per week 5 later and after being on-hold for 10 moments was informed this is not section of their fruit law this area of the fridge wasn't repairable and never section of their fruit law and that I might stay withit. Not... I'venot had distributed snow for that year and 14 weeks because I've had this orange of the refrigerator, so what can I do. I am completely disappointed and completely disgusted with Whirlpool.
