I was simply calling the customer service toll free # to correct the contact information to my rewards R us card and spoke to 4 separate people at 4 separate times. I was hung up on "accident" 3 times and when I called back I recieved attitude. I would never recommend this company to a friend after their snobby treatment. Register at Target instead!!!
