Problems with the hose

I've equally bad and the good - to begin with, the solution works wonderfully! It's a chaos to wash. The actual problem now's the line. The steel wand keeps retracting into itself once we machine. Along the line is very good... Tons longer than normal products, including my range. Oh and that I NEVER did obtain the smells we were guaranteed... The salesman did not have any complete containers for that demonstration! And we declined to allow him consider our range or Dyson. Offered him some vacumm cleaner elements instead. I love the way in which it washes, but is significantly less than couple of years old... Shouldn't be having these difficulties with the wand
