Within the Picture Frame Settings Menu, is an option called "Display Order". During the second run cycle, this option disappeared. I call HP support, and was told to do a reset., "no good". I called the second time and was told to set my file up as a slide show, Why! I called the third time, and was told that this model does not have a Filename function. I asked for a manager, and one was to call back, Never did. I called the fourth time, and again was told that this device does not have the function Filename. I hastly informed him not to call me a liar, as I did use the fuction Filename on my first usage. Someone was to call back.
I wrote a letter to Company Headquarters, and got a call back, well, the third person informed me that their service department could not help me, and someone would call back from the correct service dept. I am waiting. Quess I need to write another letter.
HP does have a Customer Service problem.
