Will not honor warranty or return messages Camp Douglas

I purchased a rechargeable golf cart battery UB12350 on Apr. 25 and received the battery on April 29. Battery comes with a 1 year warranty.

After 4 months the battery no longer holds its charge. The same battery which came with the golf cart lasted over a year. Both were charged with the same recharger. When called, no one answers, but the menu message says they will call right back. They do not.

When I email from the "Contract Us" on their Internet home page, no one answers. All I have asked is that they tell me how to deal with the warranty.
