I purchased a laptop battery in March with 12 months warranty. It stopped working around November. I contacted the seller stating the warranty and they said that given I have had some use out of it I would have to pay for a new one. I has sent many emails but longer get a response.

Since it has been used for over 10months, could you please pay $37AUD and we send you a new one?

Hi I purchased this battery last year (see below) and it not longer works in the laptop. The old one does so I know it is the battery and not the laptop. As this has a 1 year warranty please let me know how to get this replaced.
