Rip Off. Thephonebuyer.com takes your phone then does not pay. Also ignores all contact

I have recently sent a blackberry mobile phone to thephonebuyer.com The company offered to pay me 64 for the phone. I sent the phone recorded delivery and it was collected by a person called D. White from the Fleet delivery office.

Thephonebuyer.com has not paid me any money for the phone. I have sent over 5 emails to then but all have been ignored. I have sent a letter recorded delivery asking for my money. This letter was collected and signed for but ignored.

Trading Standards are looking into this company as Royal Mail tell me they have had a number of complaints from people who have sent in phones but not been paid.

Royal Mail have CCTV of D. White collecting my package from the delivery office. The address of thephonebuyer.com is a PO box but the mail is then re directed to a residential address. Royal Mail believe that this is not a company but just an individual that has set up online.

Please DO NOT send any phones to thephonebuyer.com as they will not pay you.
