Placed an order for a free trial and paid £5.95 postage. Item not received. Called the helpline a week later and was told another shipment would be made. Again nothing received. Called the helpline another week later and was told there was no record of my previous week's call and that I hadn't made a call, therefore no shipment had gone out. I was told to contact royal mail if the original shipment wasn't received. I did so and was told by royal mail that they could only deal with the sender (they did confirm from the tracking number that the item had been collected from their Harrow depot - my address is West Berkshire, which would have been the Reading depot (nowhere near Harrow!) so the item had clearly got delivered to the wrong address). I called vitacleanse and was basically made to feel that I had received the product but was trying to get another one. They told me four times that they didn't call royal mail, that I had to, even though each time I explained that I had already called royal mail but it had to be the sender to launch the investigation. Eventually an extremely rude Kurt Freeman said another shipment would be made but I think he was just trying to get me off the phone. I had asked to speak with his manager but was informed that they don't take calls or emails and could not be contacted at all. This is a complete scam - avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
