Royal Mail Delivery Individuals possing as moneyorder delivery agents Oyo

Hi, my name is Michael. I am a college student and I was attempting to sale my Laptop computer on ebay. I bought it for just over 1200 dollars and was attempting to sell it for about the same price when Mrs. Juliana gave me an offer for nearly double what I asked. I was naturally suspicious.

She told me that She would be sending the money through Royal Mail Delivery Services. I looked up the company and I didn't find anything fishy. I searched online for any frauds that were linked to this company and there were non I could find.

Acouple of days later I got a letter from "Royal Mail" Stating that they had received payment from Rose Juliana and that they would dispatch to me as soon as I they confirmed the tracking number for the package sent to misses Juliana's Nephew Tony Wale.

Well like an naive bafoon I sent the package using United States Postal Service. I sent them the tracking number and they told me the moneyorder was dispatched. (The thing that really confused me was that the Letter that was supposedly sent from the royal mail agent had an authentic looking email address) about a week later I was told that the money order was not a large enough amount to send. Not what kind of BS is that.

A money order is a check it doesn't matter the amount of the check... The check doesn't way any mor or less. Rose tried to get me to send the difference so that the money order would be large enough and I flat out told her no. We scwabled over ideas back and forth for about a month until I suggested that she get the money back in her possesion and then send the monmey using western Union. Then she suggested that I pay for the cost of western Union.

So my final solution was for her to get the money take what ever the cost would be to send it using western Union and to send the remainer. This ordeal has been going on for about two months and I have not seen a penny. I am now out of a computer and out of the Hundred bucks it took to send the computer to Africa. Yeah here nephew lives in Nigeria. Because I sent the product overseas is it impossible to try to sue her?

I have all the emails saved of Both Rose Juliana and Royal mail. And the proof that I have that it was a scam is that fact that Rose ended her letteres with the phrase, "Get back to me soonest" and the final email I received from Royal mail ended in the same way. Is there any hope of getting my computer or my money?
