Logitech sent out a 50% off coupon states on exclusions but when ordering there are

Electronics and household app.

I received an email on 8/9 from Logitech offering me 50% off any item on Logitech.com. The email states: "For one week only, we'll give you 50% off any single Logitech.com item. That's right, no exclusions! The best way to get what you want, for less."

When I see the words "no exclusions" I expect it to mean just that, but with Logitech apparently it mean's something different. I've been a satisfied customer of logitech for years, own many of their products, that is why i got the offer. I went to their site to buy a Logitech Revue, put it in my cart and applied the coupon code, nothing. Later I called Logitech sales support, waited on hold for 22 minutes, and was told "Oh, the Revue is not included."

At that point I asked what the term "no exclusions" meant, I was told to look at the fine print, burried far down in the email there is faint text that indicates no exceptions does not include the Revue. There was no asterisk, or other notation to that fact, a simple line of text in the offer would have sufficed, but nothing.

I feel this is false advertising and a rip off...
