Instant Outbid Messages on Projector Auction, Charged Twice

Electronics and household app.
Every time I bid on something, as soon as I confirmed it, it would say "outbid." I was bidding on a projector and it was $55, and every time I bid and confirmed my bid it would say outbid. Within about 3 seconds - now y'all know no one can bid that fast. I ran it up to $100 and it still came up outbid. They have computers you are bidding against.
Finally I did get the projector, and it didn't last a month. Besides that, PayPal charged me twice. I had to call them, and now, since I wouldn't let them keep the extra money, they put my account on limited so I couldn't buy anything if I wanted to. I will never buy anything off eBay and advise y'all not to. They are a big rip-off.
