Electronics and household app.
I bought a Garmin Android phone in February. 2 days later it did not work. I took it back to the store and tmobile replaced it. 5 months later, I am having the same problem so I took it back and they said the phone was on backorder. They said that for a 55 dollar deposit I could get a loaner phone while i waited. I agreed thinking that it was going to be an android phone or a model that had the features of an android. The woman pulls out a flip phone that has no aps, limited internet and had the audacity to be upset when I wanted something compatible to the phone that was not working.
They could not tell me when the Garmin phones would be available and when i asked for the corporate number she gave me the number for customer service. The next day I went to the mall where they have a store that is ran by corporate and they gave me the same nonsense saying that if they loaned me an Androd phone that I would not return it. Hello??? What kind of customer service is that to point blankly call your customer a thief? I am paying for insurance on this phone and it is under warranty which apparently means nothing. I am stuck with a phone that is a little better than a pay phone. For all the people out there that are considering tmobile don't bother. I see why ATT is trying to buy them. Maybe the new company will bring in some customer service reps that actually care about the customer.
