Cricket sold me a bad product and no one in their company seems to want or able to fix it

I bought a cell phone from a cricket store in the hamilton mall, located in mays landing new jersey on sunday the 24th. From the begining of my experience I already felt it was the wrong moved but crickets advertising compelled me to give them a try. Cricket was suppose to port my old number to the cricket phone and this did not take place, when I called they said it could take 24 hours so I waited. 24 hours came and gone nothing was done when I went to the store to complain about my misfortune of getting this lawsy product, the clerck told me if I don't like it i can leave the store.

Now the authorize dealer has my money in their pocket they want nothing to do with me, and yes I spoke to the supervisor and again nothing can be done... Went home called customer service 2 people try to reprogram the phone, no success, monday called again no success, got to porting department no success, tuesday called again 5 times cause they hung up on me after putting me on hold for 15 minutes each time. Determine to speak to a supervisor i stayed on hold after the supervisor tried everything that the last 10 people try she hung up on me. Woke up wednesday morning gave a call again got through porting department the person told me i need to go back to the store and have them change my number cause it was not done right...

Ok ok now if this is unlimited calls where ever in the U.S., I should be able to call from my house to my mothers house thats 2 blocks away, now they want me to go back to the store that can't help me and won't help me to get this working when the service department cant get it to work. No one in cricket will step up to fix this issue, they won't refund my money and the customer service is the worse. Cricket is the worse cell provider and I will tell eveyone that will listen, their service suck, their product suck, and the people who represent them are unprofessional.
