Poor customer service

We've bought devices from Equipment Mart for that previous 5 years for me personally building company with no issues. UNTIL this past year whenever we had shipping of 3 devices. The deliverymen indented our Fresh Cherry Walnut surfaces with TWO Big lengthy heavy scratches about 3-feet long over the ground. That residence had been offered and we'd to resource the ground your day prior to the signing of documents.

It cost us additional time, cash and frustration to make the journey to completed inside a particular schedule. The deliverymen published a study to inform work on Sawmill where we bought all of the products. The shipping division decided to pay us for that additional costs we'd happened. We're still waiting after a large number of calls to numerous people but still not reaction.
