Eturn of washing machine

Bought a GE Report machine and dryer with stands. Required me fifteen minutes to buy devices and put up shipping for that next day at 8:00. After three months the machine began smoking along with a burning odor arrived of it. Named back again to same-store and described what happened. First they simply gave me a 800-number and stated they might do nothing. Then after acknowledging I'd 3 months, I named and requested to get a new washer. They stated they didnot understand when they had one, when pressed they ultimately stated they did, when I requested to become planned for that following day, the individual in devices stated that merely a supervisor might do arrangement plus they would need to return to me. After several additional calls I finally got planned. 24 hours later two deliverymen turned up and arrived in and stated they'd need to examine to ensure machine was damaged (stated not they believed I had been laying) after which stated they believed they had introduced the incorrect shade. Stated they'd return in a few hours. Not... Then I named store-manager who proceeded ahead out with another guy and get images of machine and works out the shipping men had the best machine simply was alittle color-blind. Returned five hours later (all day long right now) and went onto lawn, crawled surfaces, even though unpacking new machine in storage to create in, decreased it. Therefore, questioning if that one can last??? I'd no difficulty purchasing it but exactly what a headache after I had an issue.
