I requested a-5 piece room collection. The deliverymen place it together outside about the cement before my garbagecan. They did not actually set them about the carboard boxes simply because they were attempting to capture the trash pickup. Consequently, 2 of the items were crawled and also the varnish was eliminated. Bobs customer support claims there's nothing they are able to do to accelerate shipping. They are likely to deliver fresh items in another week. It's been over per month and that I still do not have furniture. Customer support does not care plus they wont "examine payment" before you consider shipping. They inform me my reimbursement won't contain tax or shipping. Yeah right. This location is just a rip-off and they'll provide you broken furniture. Don't assume other things. They'll deliver unprofessional deliverymen who'll shout at you, harm your furniture, ruin your house... Customer support can make your lifetime a headache and cause you to delay 14 days for brand new items. DO NOT BUY-HERE!!! Invest the additional cash and obtain a great furniture collection.
