MCi worldcom wireless e-mail me about ripoffs

I know there are alot of people who have been ripped of by worldcomm wireless. I am looking for people who were promised a free phone with signup but never recieved the free phone. I was told I would get a free samsung phone when I signed up.

They were "out of" the samsungs and gave me a loaner phone but promised to give me the samsung at the end of the month. That was 2 and a half months ago. I cannot get ahold of the representative that sold me the plan. He refuses to call me back.

I work at a Pizza shop and this is where the representative found me. Of course since people who deliver pizza thought it would be a good idea to have a cell phone, 7 other people i work with signed up for the same plan, with the FREE samsung phone. Nobody has recieved their phone and when they try to contact the representative he ignores them also. I am looking for people with this same problem. If this has happened to you please file and consumer complaints, this will be greatly appreciated!
