Worldcom wireless ripoff

Me and 7 other people I work with signed up for a wireless account when a worldcom reprsentative came to our work. We were promised a new samsung phone for free. However, they were out of the samsungs and gave everyone a "loaner" phone. We were told we would get our samsungs at the end of the month. It now has been 2 and a half months and no one has recieved their phone. Everyone has tried calling the representative and he ignores everyone's calls. I'm just now taking action about this. I am going to call the company and see what they are going to do about this. Everyone got different loaner phones, mine is okay; however, some of the other people say that they cannot get reception and the phone cuts out constantly. I can't understand why the representative has not called ANYONE of us back. That is what makes me suspect that this is a scam and that we got ripped off!
