I'm amazed that Sears Support and Fix can make use of the term support within their name... There's NO support whats-so-actually. I planned a fix to possess my fridge set (under warrenty) I waited athome on three distinct times simply to be rescheduled. This is actually the next endeavor. These were to become here between 8-12. It's currently 4:35. I had been named at 2:20 and informed he was on his approach. I named and requested to talk to a boss, I had been placed on store for 40 minutes. Although on-hold, I employed another telephone to call the support range again. This time around I waited 10 units to get a boss who explained the fix guy was on his approach. I discussed this was totally undesirable since I keep being informed this-but he does not appear. He explained there is nothing he might do since he's on his approach. (yes, I Have noticed that before) I questioned him if there is another boss or quantity I might contact. He advised me I really could be transferred towards the restoration point but he'dnot move me. This can be a quantity they move one to when you have been terminated on twice. (I've had 4 no-shows) I questioned him is name, he'd just inform me Tony and never provide me a last name. Ostensibly - I'm at their mercy and dropped 4 times of function - I'll never purchase one more thing from SEARS again. Actually!
