Never received a iphone that cost me $722

I requested a Iphone-4 per month back with help delivery. Its been month since I havent gotten my telephone. I've named them many times but all just being requested to contact various other quantity. Its been an entirely frustating procedure. I had been also recommended to possess requested the telephone from store in the place of calling them. I'm completely frustated. I won't recommend ATT to everyone
