I have had a Best Buy credit card for many years and NEVER had any problems until now. I had bought 2 computers at 18 months no interest.in Decemeber 2010 my son asked to use our card to purchase his son a computer for Christmas. It was to be paid 90 days same as cash. Well he had not paid for the computer so we expected them to just tack on the intrest to his computer. Well all my payments were applied to HIS comptuer purchase and NOT mine. I called customer service and immediately asked for a Supervisor. I spoke with Debra and was told she COULD NOT help me with reallocating our payments due to new credit laws!!! So since I make all my payments ON TIME they can't help me? Tell me where in the new laws it says anything about reallocating payments? This is just their way of screwing me out of $400.00 in interest! I told her their job is customer service and that they are horrible in that department. I will never use them again! That was the biggest lie I had ever head! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and their Corporate Office as well.
