Rip-off, Perferred account scam, lies about interest rate no 90 pay off Ripoff

I called to buy a computer, I had asked around and heard that Dell computers are OK for Home use. Little did I know that the Sales associates real gosl was to get me into a preferred acount where they could change 29.99% interest on my balance from the minute the computer was shipped. I told the associate over and over that I wanted to pay for the thing up front but He said that to avoid shipping delays and other unames "problems" a perffered acount was best and tha it would not change the price I paid form my computer. Lie! The inteast on the account is always great that the monthly payment amount so you can never catch up. I paid mine off in 90 days but I still owe intrest. I feel sorry for anyone buy a computer for a kid who can only make their payments. They will never pay it off.
