False Advertising

In April Best Buy advertises 46" Dynex LCD TV on front page of weekly circular. They did not carry TV in any warehouse or store in State of Ohio. Asked for Raincheck. They refused. (Ohio law requires rainchecks) Check other best buy stores to confirm none in stock first hour of sale. Store manager informed me they never were going to stock the TV anywhere in Ohio. Local Marysville Ohio store unhelpful. Contact National Customer Service for Best Buy. They informed me I had to purchase TV and wait 2-3 weeks. I asked they send the TV and I look at it before purchasing. They refused. When I contact them again, they had a completely different story. Best Buy National Customer Service not telling truth and not resolving issue. 23 Year Best Buy customer not happy. Bought 3 TVs there in the last 2 years.
