Oven eye stays on High & Won't turn off

We bought a Kenmore Electric Array, design 790.9612. Sometimes, the leading left burner burns terribly warm and wont turn off. With enough fiddling of the handles, it ultimately turns off but is unknown. Regardless of the quantity of comparable grievances about that item, Sears doesn't recognize that the more severe and prevalent issue is occurring. This is actually the next equipment to crash that people purchased from their store whenever we renovated our home four years back, but that one is just a hazardous failure. We've submitted a using the CPSC.
