Oven door exploded

Kenmore Style 790.47849403. Our mom almost experienced severe accidents when her Kenmore stove door (about 3 years old) erupted giving glass across her home and family room. She prepared a meal at 350 degrees for around 20 units, switched off the stove, and about thirty minutes afterwards the glass/door increased. After looking the web it seems this is occurring often to ovens all around the globe and across several makes/types of stoves, but Kenmore appears to be the worst culprit. Exactly why isnot there more push about that?! Avoid Kenmore devices, never as great because they were in the past.
