Incorrect description of product and failure of any kind of refund

I bought 2 radios.in the product description it clearly stated that it used a few bands VHF & UHF. One of these bands is legal in my country. When I got the radios they were actually coded to use only one band, not the right oe. Their is no option on the web page on which band to chose and no indication anywhere of which band it is set to. I tried to get any kind off refund, store credit to no avail. I got ripped off as these radios are useless to me
