Ripoff Sold me 2-way radios, told me it would not be sent, then sent it later without my authorization

A few weeks ago, I ordered a set of 2 way radios from buy.com. They use sellers and don't actually sell their own products. Later, I logged on to see the status of my order and they notified me that the seller had backed out and would not send me the product which is a disservice in itself. A few days later I got an e-mail stating that I would now get the item I requested without my authorization. They charged my card anyway. When I got the notice I would not get my product, I went and bought another set of radios. Now I have 2 sets of radios. I have to send back one of my orders now with my own time and money. What a waste!!! Shop at your own risk!
