I arranged a Rim surprise 9530, on March 21 from naaptol.com also it got delievered on March 29. After I popped the items of the container, I noticed the most effective glass area of the telephone had turn out of the device. Besides rather than the GSM telephone they promoted for, they delivered me a CDMA model. Since that time I've been seeking them, but to no avail. I've named customer service over 50 occasions, every time I obtain a response that somebody may return in my experience in 48 hours. 17 times have handed but there's no response from their store, keep alone a confidence that they can change the telephone. To obtain me off their back, they offered me the amount of Megan Impex their suppliers that will be much more thick-skinned than naaptol. They don't actually bother to actually get the telephone. A couple of times they did get the telephone in error, they disconnected without actually reading the criticism. Today I've no option but to find redressal in a customer court.
