PLEASE, do not use QVC. Exactly what a fraud they've. I purchased a horsepower (error) pc 12 months and 3-day before. Our key-board quit functioning. QVC don't help me since I'm over by 3 times... So my pc that costs 699.00 may be worth less today... Cheers for that customer support QVC. Easily may persuade one individual to not purchase from QVC. Its worth losing to my loved ones... Please send mean email about any issues with QVC. I'm considering taking them to small claims court. Jc776@comcast.net
