Lately I visited the horsepower customer site to try and determine an answer towards the issue and unearthed that particular versions with specific sequential numbers, such as the device I purchased, were having such severe issues that a unique "cleansing package" was necessary to repair them. After I e mailed asking concerning the cleansing package, horsepower informed me easily was under warranty that I really could just get aid. I appeared on my bill and affirmed, I'd no guarantee. So now I've an almost-new printer that does not function and that Iam up the creek.
