Prevent Comcast such as the trouble

Comcast support representative offered me the program to purchase multiple support (telephone, web and wire) and guaranteed to get a gift-card of $250 easily proceed the support for a few months. I'venot obtained it as guaranteed and today actually on following-up together no body listens. After I named them-they stated it's not displaying such a thing within the documents, i requested them to make reference to the saving of the phone call they'd with me. No achievement, constantly following-up with, publishing on the customer community however they don’t do something. Simply cheating. Cheating WOn't use comcast today.

I've been spending money on HD Favored Pack for over 2 yrs. I've never had HD. My partner and that I named many times, I eventually got to somebody who listened three months before. Our previous charges state HD Favored Pack at $174.74. Our Feb bill claims PRF XF TP $114.12. Is that this to create up for the decades of spending money on anything I never obtained or must I visit Small Claims Judge? I've usually settled my statement promptly and also have been a person of wire because the previous Rollins times. I'm a mature and don’t enjoy this overstated cost.
