Ported my telephone from VerizonWireless on 4/06. Have issues since day of purchase with telephone, service, no voice-mail, text problems, failure to create and get calls, failure to pay for statement online therefore service was stop, poor speech party, total disappointment and unreliable service. Store director at Pennsauken, NJ shop did nothing to problem-solve and was violent in my experience (e.G."... Okay, then you can certainly possess a good evening!" and quickly put up the telephone with this client). No reaction from online or spoken or wording (every "support" shops have now been ineffective) grievances since start-date. Harmful provider. I've asthma and that I have zero telephone support during flare-up. Fatalities may happen because of their total neglect and zero ethics. They definitely need to be examined and viewed.individuals may die with health problems. I have held total documents and screengrabs on all problems experienced with zero reaction by Cricket to repair every issues. Today I need my income be delivered. I have spent time, cash, wellness, power to obtain aid and also have had none. They'll supply some "credit" only when I stick with them. I am making this provider/cellphone today. I am the client that desired the small man to achieve success. It was an event I'd aspire to protect additional customers from later on.
