Customer Service or lack thereof

This week my spouseis telephone number was abruptly transformed without our understanding or permission. I used the greater section of THREE TIMES on-hold with numerous customer support reps looking to get his previous quantity back because he was departing on a holiday and must be in conversation. Lastly, your day before he quit, after hours and hours about the telephone, his cellular number was repaired. Nowadays he realized that 700 moments was lacking from his telephone. He named me in the airport and questioned me to get hold of Net10 and obtain the moments repaired. Shortly afterwards his cellphone went dead. I approached Net10 plus they need him to contact them in the mobile phone so he is able to get support restored. Anyone notice what is wrong with this particular image?
