Fraudulent Billing Ripoff

Regarding Legacy VISA Card: Don't even remember appling for this credit card. The card arrived in the mail. It was NEVER used. Next month I get a bill for over $200.00. The card was never used, the card now has been shredded and I wrote a letter to close the account.
