Electronics and household app.

Verizon has over billed my account multiple times recently by signing me up for offerings that I don't even know exist. I try to contact them and its almost implossible to make your claim and then when you finally call them, you wait for over an hour on hold and then get someone who says they have to transfer you to a different department.

Worst company ever for customer service. I'll be switching to Comcast very shortly.
