They gave me false information about the price of my repair. When i tried contacting them for my refund i had a lot of trouble and when i finally did get a hold of them they promised me my money back

I sent in my iphone for repair. First they gave me a price for the repair so i payed it. But about a week later i got another email saying i had to pay an additional 90 dollars but i dont have that kind of money so i asked for my money and iphone back after many attempts of contacting them. I sent an email and left a voicemail asking for my refund so i know they got it but its been well over a month and i have not gotten my refund or iphone back.
