I dropped my iPhone and the glass shattered so I contacted Texas Phone Repair www.texasphonerepair.com They offered to repair my phone quickly so I took it to their office and waited. The repair was about 20 minutes.

My complaint is because the glass they use is not the same as an original iPhone. It gets dirty VERY EASY and has to be constantly cleaned off, whereas iPhone glass is polished and treated to resist dirt, grease and grim.

Additionally, the touch-screen frequently didn't respond because the glass is a poor quality, it is thicker and a different color gradient.

They would not refund my money so I was stuck with the phone, and ended up selling it on craigslist and getting another one, which cost me additonal money.
