Ripoff Tried to steal money out of my check account, causing nsf fees

On November 12th and November 18th Verizon tried to take $473.00 out of my checking account by Email, causing NSF charges and also causing a couple of other checks to be over drafted. I do not have an account with Verizon.

I have been battling them ever since have so far have not gotten the fees back for the NSF or over drafts. The only thing I have gotten was a run around.

The only way I was able to get someone to respond from verizon to this matter, was to write to the Attorney General of Texas.
