Poor Service & Rude Personnel

Don't deal Having A & E to get a manufacturer service strategy because they don't provide about the support. We'd something visit planned to get a machine repair. The technician called our house and talked to the child who informed them that I really could not arrived at the telephone (was on the company phone having worked at home to hold back for that specialist). The specialist improperly or easily translated the discussion like a cause to stop our phone. Once the specialist didn't get to 3 pm, the planned period, we approached A&E to obtain a standing. At that time we were informed the technology have been informed to not come, and they might attempt to path him to us. There have been numerous telephone calls, including numerous "disconnects" (handy To Get A&E), on obtaining the specialist. This lasted for approximately two hours, where period their support evening was completed plus they will have to reschedule us.

Irrespective of a person in A&Eis "Options" middle, the team was rude and uncooperative.in each phone they pushed that their technology have been informed to not come, which it had been our issue the phone needed to be rescheduled.

We are processing grievances using the Better Business Institution and also the PA Office of Consumer-Protection.
