Warranty plan scam

Bought a service plan for a Samsung Dishwasher. The DW manual states "5 years for racking..." After 2 years the racks started to show rust blossoming through the nylon finish in several places.
I have tried several times calling Best Buy and even going to the store (Valencia, CA). At the end they sent two rude guys from a place that has awful reviews online.
The racks were never replaced and last time I called Best Buy they say they will correct the situation and nothing happened (I repeated the call after that).
The geniuses that designed this scam may think that they made $100 for free. Wrong, I have been spending a lot of many in the store. Never again.
